Shawn Dias brings more than 25 years of operations and engineering leadership experience to this mission. His career path includes service in the U.S. Navy and leadership roles with WorldCom, Sprint, Ericsson, and Verizon. Through those years, he saw the importance of disciplined work, the value of strong teams, and the need for hiring strategies that match people to the right opportunities.
That experience shaped the founding purpose of VetsFirst: to help veterans and qualified professionals translate their experience into meaningful opportunities while helping employers find dependable talent with the right character and technical capability.
