Shawn Dias served in the U.S. Navy during the Gulf War. After his military service, he moved into telecommunications and led Engineering & Operations during the deployment and evolution of 3G, 4G, and 5G wireless networks. That journey shaped his commitment to creating meaningful career opportunities for those who have served.
